The Hong Kong’s government’s powerful planning arm, the Urban Renewal Authority, is ploughing a billion HKD into Operation Building Bright, a project aimed at regenerating some of the city’s older building stock. Buildings thirty years or older are being subsidised for maintenance work, including new, brighter paint jobs to being more life to the city streets.

The results are already on show around the city. Great idea.

Looks nice already!
Visited HK this summer and I really missed some color!
